Reply:Taps.
Reply:Pachelbel's Canon, real name Canon in D by J. Pachelbel.
Reply:I believe its Canon in D...My best friend is getting married next week and this is the song she is using when we (bridesmaids) go down the isle.
Reply:Pachelbel's Canon in D Major is the song that you are referring to.
Reply:A wedding CD I bought has these songs listed.

Processional (when everyone walks up):

Canon In D - Pachelbel

Trumpet Voluntary - Clarke

Air from "Water Music" - Handel

Recessional (when everyone walks back):

Wedding March - Mendelssohn

Tocatta - Widor

Tune in D - Purcell

Hornpipe From "Water Music" - Handel
Reply:Mendelsshon's wedding march.
Reply:Pachelbels Canon in D Major this music is referred to as the processional. The music for the bride is called the Bridal march. The music as you are leaving the ceremony is referred to as the recessional.
Reply:The most common song played for the Bridal party is Cannon in D. I hear it at almost every wedding I attend.
