Wedding song duet for lighting unity candle?

I am looking for a pretty wedding song for the lighting of unity candle. My son and daughter-in-law to be are needing help. The have pretty piano music picked out for the guest being seated but not one for the unity candle lighting. They both want soft rock or even country if it isn't to country sounding. Can anyone help with my question. Thanks!

Reply:I have sung All I ask of You at my aunts and friends wedding with a male. It can be a hard song to sing because the female part is such a high soprano but they can bring it down an octave or two and it will still sound beautiful.

Reply:We are doing something a little different than a song. We are going to have our pastor read a poem while we are lighting our candle. The poem is short and sweet, and is perfect for that part of the ceremony. Just a different idea instead of music. We couldn't find anything that we liked that was short enough.

One piece of advice, if it is a church wedding there may be restrictions on what type of music they can choose. So make sure to check with the church. also if they are having musicians you want to make sure you choose something they are familiar with and can play, so check with them they may have some great suggestions.

Reply:For our unity candle we just have music playing without words, the band just ended when we were done, that way there wasn't the really long, awkward, us-standing-there-not knowing-what-to-do-while-the-song-finish... moment...
