I was think'n of using this song in my wedding as the bridesmaids and groomsmen enter but my sister swears that this is about Billys dead wife. does that evevn make since? im confused any one really know?

why not get a copy of the lyrics and see if they sound appropriate for a wedding, though if you like the song why should it matter just make it your own. Look at stings song every breath you take people use it all the time as a love song/wedding song and it is about stalking people so it is about what you want not what anyone else thinks. Be an original thinker dont worry about what everyone else is thinking I am sure you wedding would be perfect with any song, good luck
