Need a song to sing in the wedding during the cerimony at my dads 2nd mirage.?

My dad divorced my mom earlier this year, and is getting remaried right befor christmas. I am sad but happy that he is really happy. He asked me to sing in the wedding and i am having a hard time comming up wtih a good song. That's not all about how compltely gushing in love we are right now. They like country music but i doesn't have to be.

Reply:You may want to check with your accompanist (musicians). They should have suggestions plus you want to make sure they are familiar with the music. You don't want to choose something that you accompanist can't play.

If the ceremony is in a church you may not be able to choose just anything, so you want to check on what music is appropriate. Any other venue you can choose what you want.

Here are some suggestions:

The Wedding Song - Paul Stookey

Wherever You Go - Weston Priory/Gregory Norbet

Let There Be Peace On Earth - Jill Jackson/Seymour Miller

The Prayer - David Foster/Carol Bayer Sager (recorded by Andrea Bocelli and Celine Dion)

You Raise Me Up - Rolf Lovland %26amp; Brendan Graham (recorded by Josh Groban)

The First Time I loved Forever – Melanie Safka/Lee Holdridge

Bridal Payer - Copeland

One Hand One Heart (from West Side Story)
Reply:So Small- Carrie Underwood

Everythings' Just Wonderful- Lily Allen
Reply:idk, but at my wedding one day, my sister is gonna sing, all about lovin' you, bon jovi
Reply:no one is a good song
Reply:my favourite mistake - Sheryl Crow

Actually, what about something by Fleetwood Mac? Not country admittedly but still quite a good list of songs to chose. Landslide is good :)
