My lil cuzn is gettn married in june this year and since her dad past away many years ago, her big brother is going to give her away and she wants to know what songs are out there that she and her brother can dance to ????/////

What is a good wedding song suggestion for a brother %26amp; sis to dance to?
Rascal Flatt's "My Wish"

Gosh, I love that song! :)
Reply:try ourweddingsongs.com for a list of traditional and untraditional music, there's a lot on there.

here's some i thought might work that i didn't find on the site:

Christina Aguilera- I Turn To You

James Taylor- You've Got a Friend

the Coles- Unforgettable

Bill Withers- Lean on Me

Faith Hill- There You'll Be

Sister Sledge- We Are Family

good luck!
Reply:"you raise me up" by Josh Groban is a good song. Its saying how the other person is so important and encouraging, but isnt necessarily romanitic or "father/daughter"
Reply:Many of the regular father/daughter dance songs would still be appropriate. I'll throw my hat in the ring for Unforgettable and Wind Beneath My Wings, those are always classics. Since her bro is walking her down the aisle and dancing with her in their father's stead, they could maybe do something to honor his memory. He might have had a favorite song they could use, or for a real tear-jerker how about "Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again" from Phantom of the Opera.
Reply:You could try Bette Midler's "Wind beneath my wings"
Reply:I went to a wedding where the bride was in a similar situation and her and her brother danced to "Lean on me" by Al Green. It was really cute because at the parts where it gets a little faster they would seperate from each other and start doing their own little dance moves and then when it would get slow they would begin to slow dance again.
Reply:okay i wasnt going to answer but i just wanted to say that ricardos song sounds creepy.

i dont think they want to think of incest during the wedding.

lmao
Reply:We are family.

He aint's heavy, he's my brother.

My sister can't twist but she can rock 'n roll.
Reply:"If you weren't my sister, you'd be my wife". It is a country song.
