What is the best wedding song for a mother son dance?

My son is 24 years old and we are very close.

What is the best wedding song for a mother son dance?
"Song for My Son"

Here are the lyrics:

don't know where

The time has gone

Since those little boy days

Doesn't seem that long

Yet here you are

It's your wedding day

And there's one thing darling

I'd like to say...

(chorus)

Be kind, be sweet

Be a gentle man

Care and share

And always be fair

And remember though you now

Have taken a wife

You will always be my son

My Loving son

You filled my life

With so much joy

As I watched you grow

From that little boy

Now I'll try not to cry

As you walk away

And just once more darling

I'd like to say...

(chorus)

Be kind, be sweet

Be a gentle man

Care and share

And always be fair

And remember though you now

Have taken a wife

You will always be my son

My Loving son

I'm not sure if there will be a live band or DJ or whatever, but that song remains one of the most popular for son's %26amp; mothers on his special day. Good luck!

Reply:Boyz II Men recorded a song in the 90s called "Song for Mama" where they sing,

"You taught me everything

And everything you’ve given me

I always keep it inside

You’re the driving force in my life, yeah

There isn’t anything

Or anyone I can be

And it just wouldn’t feel right

If I didn’t have you by my side

You were there for me to love and care for me

When skies were grey

Whenever I was down

You were always there to comfort me

And no one else can be what you have been to me

You’ll always be you always will be the girl

In my life for all times

Chorus:

Mama, mama you know I love you

Oh you know I love you

Mama, mama you’re the queen of my heart

Your love is like

Tears from the stars

Mama, I just want you to know

Lovin’ you is like food to my soul"

So if you're into R%26amp;B, you might like it.

Reply:My fiance couldn't find a song he liked that wasn't over played (two of his sisters got married this year so he didnt want to copy them) So he is dancing with his mom to Simple Man by Lynard Skynard. There are a few different versions but Lynard Skynards is his favorite. I realized I had never really listened to the words until he picked it.

I wanted him to dance to There I'll be by Faith Hill
